Ministry of JusticeThe Ministry of Justice (MoJ) is responsible for freedom of information policy within the UK.  The MoJ produces guidance for central government departments, the principles of which also apply to other public authorities. 

The MoJ also produces guidance on data sharing and protection and has been involved in government reviews relating to information security
